Grzegorz Münnich
Co-founder
Grzegorz has extensive experience in company formation and 10+ years in management, advisory, and working with foreign founders. He designs the end-to-end workflow our clients use to register, bank, and operate in Poland-fast, compliant, and fully online.

Michał Gierka
Co-founder
Michał brings 15+ years in accounting, tax, and corporate finance. He leads our compliance practice-full bookkeeping in EN/PL, VAT/CIT filings, payroll, and reporting-so founders can operate safely while staying transparent with Polish authorities. He also guides new entities through accounting setup from day one.
